20. Visitors to a virtual gambling establishment are prohibited from:

take part in an online betting game, an online totalizator, if these visitors to a virtual gambling establishment have or may influence the outcome of the event of this game (impact on the random outcome of the game);

use software and/or technical devices that affect or allow to anticipate a random game result when conducting a gambling game;

use the software or other means to obtain unauthorized access to the information of the gambling organizer engaged in the maintenance of the virtual gambling institution for the purpose of its destruction, blocking, modification, copying, as well as committing other illegal actions against this information;

provide another visitor to a virtual gambling establishment or gambling participant with funds (electronic money) or their equivalent (chips, tokens, otherwise) to participate in a gambling game;

transfer (disclose) to other visitors to the virtual gambling establishment, gambling participants information about their logins and passwords of access to the virtual gambling establishment.

24. A visitor to a virtual gambling establishment must:

provide data, including personal data, and a copy of the identification document in electronic form, allowing to identify the visitor of the virtual gambling institution, to check the information about him for the presence of such a visitor in the list and registration by the gambling organizer engaged in the maintenance of the virtual gambling institution;

comply with the legal requirements of a gambling organizer who operates to maintain a virtual gambling institution.
